Contribute to business development effortsWhat you’ll do: Guide clients on their Finance transformation and ERP strategy including but not limited to Ambition settingMaturity assessmentOperational improvement (process, technology, organization)Recommend digital tools and solutionsTarget operating modelSSC design Develop the case-for-change, including a business case, that covers people, process, technology, and data for enterprise transformations of the digital coreOptimize functional performance across organization, process & technologyDesign and transition clients to new operating modelsShape- and stand-up Transformation Offices that can serve as a control tower over multiple programs.Lead and manage cross functional teams located locally and virtuallyIdentify and develop opportunities at clients to enhance Capgemini’s value offer Your Profile 10+ years of Consulting experience in finance transformation, ERP Consulting (Maturity Assessment, Vendor Evaluations, transformation Roadmaps etc), process consulting & re-engineering, target operating models and business case developmentERP experience - ideally with exposure/depth in core SAP S/4 enterprise functionsEnd to End knowledge of one or more of Finance Processes/functions such as– R2R, Invoice to Pay, invoice to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting, Treasury, Cash Management, etcExperience of Owning Project delivery/Work streams from Workshop to CXO presentationsOrganizational change management experienceOutsourcing & shared service experiencePlanning, organization, and resource managementExcellent communication, client management and negotiation skills.What you will love about working hereWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
